What level of HR professional is this for?

This is designed for mid-level HR professionals – people who know their craft, have navigated the politics, and are now ready to grow into a more conscious, intentional version of their leadership. If you are new to HR or already in a senior executive role, this may not be the right fit at this stage.

How much time will this take each week?

Each week includes one 90-minute live session. Beyond that, there are optional integration practices – these are not heavy. You will not be spending hours on assignments. The design of this program respects that you are already busy. What matters is that you show up present for the sessions.

Will sessions be recorded if I miss one?

Sessions will be recorded and made available to cohort members. However, the live experience is where the real work happens. The magic of this program is in the room – the unscripted moments, the questions from your peers, Oludayo responding in real time. Recordings are a backup, not a substitute.

What is the investment to join?
